Refund & Cancellation Policy

Admission Fees

Tuition Fees

• Tuition fees are generally non-refundable once the academic session has commenced.
• If a student withdraws before the start of the academic session, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges and if refundable amount/caution money is there then only otherwise not.
• Monthly tuition fees to be paid from the very beginning of the academic session, whatever may be the admission date or month.

Withdrawal & Cancellation

• A written application must be submitted for withdrawal.
• Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days.
• No refund will be provided for:
  • Mid-session withdrawals
  • Absence from classes
  • Disciplinary removal

Online Payment Issues

• In case of duplicate payment or failed transaction with deduction, the amount will be refunded after verification.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exceptional Cases

• Refunds in exceptional cases (transfer, medical reasons, etc.) will be at the sole discretion of the school management.
